Q. I forgot my password.

A. Please reset your password yourself from the link "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen.


Q. How do you learn at "animanga-school"?

A. "animanga-school" provides video content. Please watch the videos step by step and proceed with your studies at your own convenience. For courses with worksheets, please send the worksheet data to the instructor each time you complete the worksheet. The instructor will reply after checking it. The contents viewing period is one year after distribution. The deadline for correction support of worksheets is one year after distribution. Please note that we cannot correct worksheets submitted after the deadline.

 

Q. Can multiple family members, such as siblings, take "animanga-school"?

A. "animanga-school" can be viewed by family members. However, correction support is only provided for one participant. If you would like correction support for the second or subsequent participants, please purchase the same course additionally. Please note that forwarding videos to anyone other than family members will be legally punished.


Q. How often does "animanga-school" distribute content?

A. At "animanga-school", we will be delivering videos every week on various themes related to the anime industry, including how to draw manga and anime. The first week will be the WEEK1 theme, the second week the WEEK2 theme, and so on. The date of the course purchase will be WEEK1, so the week count will be different for each student. For example, if it is WEEK4, the video content will be available on the 21st day from the purchase date, so until then, please review previous videos and complete assignments and wait for the following contents.


Q. Do you have an Android app?

A. We use the American platform “Teachable”, which currently only supports iOS. Please download and use iOS. For Android, please use a browser such as Chrome.


Q. I can't log in with Android.

A. Click the following URL on your browser (Chrome, etc.).

There is a white three-line menu "三" in the upper right corner of the page. If you click on it, the login screen will pop up.


Q. Can I purchase by bank transfer?

A. Only credit cards are accepted. Please pay with VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX.


Q. I can't pay by card.

A. The most common reasons why banks refuse payments are insufficient funds, card purchase limits, and card security policies. Please contact your financial institution directly. When contacting your financial institution, be sure to tell them that you want to pay Teachable.com and that it is a company based in USA.


For debit cards:

We accept payments from all over the world, so we accept all major debit and credit cards.

 

If the country of issue of your card is different from your country of residence:

In this case, your card may not be accepted. Please try a different payment method or contact your financial institution.

 

If you have made many payments in the past 24 hours:

Some cards have a limit on the number of times they can be used. Such cards will automatically stop accepting payment transactions after a certain number of times. Please contact your financial institution or try a different payment method.


If you see a message that your card number is invalid:

The browser may not be working properly due to a cache problem. Or if the icon does not appear, this may be due to a cache problem. Clear your browser cache and try again.


Q. Can I change the credit card used for monthly payments?

A. You can change the credit card used for monthly payments by clicking the account icon in the upper right and selecting [Add/Change Credit Card].


Q. Please issue a receipt/invoice.

A. At "animanga-school", we automatically send a "receipt and registration completion email" at the time of purchase. We do not provide individual support or paper issuance on receipt/invoice. We also do not issue an official invoices. Please use the "receipt and registration completion email" sent by our company instead. This receipt is a valid tax payment certificate. Students can check their receipts in the school's profile edit/Purchase History.


Q. An amount different from the price is displayed on the payment page.

A. For customers who live in the EU, Teachable automatically adds VAT to the displayed amount. In addition, state taxes are applied in some states in the US, so please check the exact amount on the payment page.


Q. How do I cancel?

A. For "animanga-school", you can cancel on a monthly basis at your own convenience.


Select "Manage Subscriptions" from your account page. There is a "Cancel" button in the "Actions" column for the course name, and you can cancel here. (See the image below) We do not accept cancellations by email or phone. Please cancel by your own.


Note: Even after cancellation, you can still use the content until the day before your next billing. There is no pro rata calculation.
