Product Descriptions:

Animanga School strives to be as accurate as possible. However, Animanga School does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing:

For subscription-based educational products, your credit card will be automatically charged each month. You are responsible for managing your account. To cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time on your login page. After cancellation, you will still have access to the content until your next billing date. There is no pro-rata. For subscriptions, if your initial purchase is on May 5th, your billing date will be the 5th of each month.

Unless otherwise stated, the list price displayed on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Despite our best efforts, it is possible that the price or availability of a product may be mis listed. In the event of such a discrepancy, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

However, to the extent that you have in any way violated or threatened to violate Animanga School's intellectual property rights, Animanga School may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Animanga School reserves the right to change this site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
